A new stepping and core/abdominal training workout that requires you to 'tap less' and step more! The 'tap less' style encourages constant motion throughout the workout. Deirdre's fun choreography flows in a non-top manner, moving the exerciser on an around the step without ever tapping down. This workout also includes an abdominal section and final stretch. There is a bonus Double Step section that can be done with one step or two. The DVD has multiple pre-mixes which utilize different portions of the choreography to better tailor the workout to meet individual fitness goals.
