The forerunner of the Four Seasons, the Lovers included Frankie Valli, Nick and Tommy DeVito, and Hank Majewski. When they were signed to RCA, they recorded vocal group classics, R&B hits and a couple of country songs. All of their singles flopped at the time and are now among the rarest and most sought-after singles from the era.
